When you joined BuilderDepot as a Manufacturer (or Service Provider), you agreed to honor BuilderDepot’s policies regarding our customers.

Within thirty days from receiving a product, customers can return products for any of the following reason:

1. Did not function upon arrival (Dead on arrival)
2. Unsatisfactory quality
3. Unsatisfactory performance
4. Found less expensive product
5. Changed my mind
6. Did not like the look and feel of the product
7. Product arrived too late
8. Other
